Had bright modern room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was close to the Volcanic Eruption museum and sightseeing spots. Popped in Hydune for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.
Nothing to be said.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic - very close to the lake and bus station. My room had an incredible view of the lake, and it was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The onsen was a highlight - with natural hot spring available for most of the day. a wonderful experience.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

The view was breathtaking and really topped off our easter vacation. We also appreciated the little extras that were offered such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. the location was perfect for exploring the lake area as it was close to the main tourist hubs. Plus, the hot spring was a definite highlight for us as it was relaxing and rejuvenating.
We found the shared bathroom facilities to be inconvenient. the lack of showers in the rooms and the limited time frame for the onsen made it tricky to plan our day around when we could freshen up.

I had a wonderful stay at Granvillage Toya Daiwa Ryokan Annex. The location right on Lake Toya provided breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The room was spacious and equipped with a balcony where I could relax and take in the scenery. The onsen was a highlight of my stay, offering a truly relaxing experience. The hotel also provided convenient parking right in front of the building. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Toyako.

Our room had a stunning view of the lake and we were able to see the fireworks display right from our window. The staff was very accommodating and was able to provide a special meal request for us. The location was also very convenient as it was close to many shops and restaurants.
The shared bathroom facilities were a bit inconvenient as we had to go to the basement to use the onsen for showering. while the room was spacious, the mattresses were a bit thin and uncomfortable.

We had an incredible stay near the stunning lake. The hotel offers a shared traditional bath area and onsen, which adds to the Japanese experience. The very clean room had a lovely view of the lake, and the delicious homemade breakfast was a highlight. The friendly staff provided us with assistance throughout our stay and the parking space was ample.
The hotel does not offer ensuite bathroom facilities in the rooms.
